By using HandySIM platforms or websites, you agree to be bound by these terms unconditionally.
HandySIM LTD (“us,” “we,” or “our,” as appropriate) provides online services for searching and purchasing international roaming plans for data, calls, and text messages. Our services are available worldwide through our websites and platforms.
HandySIM LTD is not a mobile service operator and does not set or control the pricing of products. All products are provided by third parties and are subject to their rules and terms.
Our platforms are provided by HandySIM LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom with limited liability.
Before using our services, it is important to understand the following terms:
Order Confirmation – an email confirmation containing a full description of purchased products, plans, or services and instructions on how to use them.
Product / Plan / Service – any product available for sale on our platforms. Referred to hereafter as PLAN / PLANS.
Service Provider (Operator) – a third party that manages the product purchased via our platforms. Referred to hereafter as OPERATOR.
Provider Terms – the rules and terms of the operator applicable to the plan you purchase.
Website, Platform, App – all HandySIM LTD platforms through which you can purchase or use services. Referred to hereafter as Platform / Platforms.
HandySIM LTD acts solely as a provider and reseller of international roaming plans from third-party operators.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We are not responsible for the performance, quality, coverage, or signal of the plans.
We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of products.
We are not responsible for information you provide (email, contact number, etc.), including if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
We are not liable for actions, omissions, errors, or failures of any operator or third party providing the plans.
We are not responsible for replacement purchases due to operator or third-party failures.
We are not liable for using products for commercial, business, or professional purposes, including lost profits, revenue, or data.
You are responsible for ensuring sufficient time to use the purchased products.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits HandySIM LTD’s liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or losses that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount paid for purchased products, including any applicable fees.
Our platforms allow you to purchase plans and services managed by international operators (third parties).
Purchasing a plan creates a contractual relationship between you and the operator.
Operator terms govern the provision of plans and are separate from HandySIM LTD’s terms.
All claims related to the plans, products, or services must be addressed directly to the operator.
You confirm that you have read and understood the operator’s terms for the purchased products.
6.1 General
The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 14-day cancellation period does not apply to services and plans purchased via HandySIM platforms.
6.2 Refunds after activation
Refunds after eSIM download or plan activation are available if:
The service does not work due to a genuine product or technical fault.
No solution is provided within 24 business hours after you submit all required information to info@handysim.com.
6.3 Cancellation before activation
Refunds are possible if:
The device is incompatible with the product.
The customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product/service.
6.4 Exceptions to refunds
Refunds do not apply if:
You do not contact HandySIM for activation support.
You damage the product (e.g., deleted eSIM, damaged/lost device, factory reset).
You purchased or activated the wrong product by mistake.
Products or services were partially used, including leaving the coverage area.
Dissatisfaction with network coverage without prior verification.
6.5 Technical or logistical issues from the operator
Full refund is available if the operator cannot resolve issues within 48 hours after you provide all required information.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10–45 days.
HandySIM LTD’s maximum liability is the amount paid for the product.
Most products (eSIM profiles, top-ups, data or voice add-ons) are delivered instantly, with relevant information displayed on-screen and emailed to the user. Operators may also notify users via their own channels (e.g., SMS).
You may view and save content for personal use only.
Copying, duplicating, publishing, modifying, or distributing content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Commercial use without consent is prohibited. Violations may result in legal action.
HandySIM LTD may terminate access for copyright violations.
By submitting information, you guarantee it does not infringe copyrights or other third-party rights.
All materials on the platform are HandySIM LTD’s intellectual property and protected under international copyright law.
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and limiting access to your devices.
You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.
HandySIM LTD is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to comply with this section.
HandySIM LTD may modify these terms at any time.
Updates are published on our website and are considered accepted by continued use of the platforms.
If you do not accept the terms, you may not use our services.
